Heart coherence implies greater variability in the rhythm of the heart. Using pulse measurements and computer evaluations (biofeedback), two characteristic types of fluctuations in the heart rate can be described as “chaos and coherence”.
Regular changes in the pulse, i.e. the variation between acceleration and deceleration of the heart rate (sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system), are observed during relaxation.
